Hand roasts specialty coffee in Deptford, south east London, and has done since 2019. The roastery doubles as a brew bar with a lab for prosumer kit. Three more sites across the city: Daydreamer cafes in Honor Oak Park and Peckham, and a kiosk at Hackney Central. Also runs roasting and sourcing classes.
