Started in 2018 by husband-and-wife team Shai and Maya, roasting on a 250g machine at home and then from a garden shed in south-east London. Certified B Corp since 2024. Roasting now runs from a unit in Ashford, Kent, with a cafe in Sydenham and a coffee hut at Corbett Community Library in Catford.
