Rich Chocolate, Caramel, Apple, Cinnamon Coffee in Colombia is serious business. The country is famous for outstanding coffee and this is a wonderful example of that. This coffee is rotated seasonally between two regions, Huila Colombia and Cauca Colombia. The crop is grown from approximately 50+ farmers in the Andes Mountain range. This mountain range helps produce the right characteristics for the great coffee. The result is a balanced cup profile with apple and caramel notes.
