The rich terroir of Los Pinos is evident in its complex cup profile, with a dark chocolate undertone throughout and notes of stone fruits (plum, blackberries) and citrus fruits (orange, grapefruit, sweet mandarin), with a sweet, nutty aroma. The coffee is grown in soil composed of richly coloured clay mixed with rough sand and ancient volcanic soil, accompanied by a constant light breeze and a misty rainfall throughout the day, creating the perfect growing conditions. The ripe coffee cherries are hand picked and undergo a fully washed process, followed by drying on patios. Recipe Espresso: 18g, 38ml, 20-24sec
