Glitch Coffee & Roasters was founded in 2015 by Kiyokazu Suzuki in Tokyo's Jimbo-cho district, after Suzuki spent twelve years as chief barista and head roaster at Paul Bassett. The roastery focuses on single-origin coffees roasted with deliberate minimalism to let each origin's characteristics show through.
