Callum and Charlotte started with a home roaster, then a gas roaster in an old bike shed, and now roast from a barn on a working farm at Wouldham in Kent. Everything they sell is single origin, from one farm, co-operative or region. The roastery also runs machine training sessions and sells brewing equipment.
