Amenaza Menor Decaf Offered by Nordic Approach Using the Sugarcane decaffeination process, the coffee retains the true character of the original lot, delivering a clean, straightforward profile for the straightedge among us. This decaf is a blend of Castillo, Colombia, and Bourbon varieties, sourced from seven farms across Aipe, Iquira, and Algeciras in Huila, Colombia, at altitudes between 1,600 and 1,900 meters above sea level. Developed in partnership with Azahar, the coffee is washed in the traditional Colombian method, dried in silos, and then decaffeinated with care to preserve its natural flavors. The cup is clean and soft, with notes of papaya-like fruit and baked red apples, rounded out by delicate caramel, raisin, and black tea. A decaf that feels thoughtful, refined, and vibrant—proof that flavor doesn’t need caffeine to shine.
