A micro-roastery on a Cheshire dairy farm, named after a barn blown down in the storm of January 1839. Co-founders Blair and Jo began in a converted shipping container on the family farm and now hand-roast small batches on a copper roaster in a purpose-built building. The cafe and store on the same site open seven days a week.
