Started roasting in the basement of its Monmouth Street shop in Covent Garden in 1978. Buys from single farms, estates and cooperatives and visits producers through the year. Roasting moved to Bermondsey in 2007 and then to five converted railway arches at Spa Terminus, where two Loring roasters run. Three London shops.
