Francis Bradshaw commissioned a Probat in a barn in 2012 and roasted at night, which is where the name comes from. The family had traded tea and coffee since the late 1800s. Moved to a purpose-built roastery at Chilton Manor Farm in 2017, added a Loring 35 in 2022 and holds SALSA accreditation. Ten staff, wholesale-led.
