This coffee is the result of collaboration with smallholder farmers across Huila, many of whom work under challenging conditions such as steep terrain and climate variability. Despite these challenges, they consistently produce high-quality coffee through dedication and refined agricultural practices. The region is characterized by diverse mountainous landscapes, relatively stable climate conditions, and strong coffee-growing traditions passed down through generations. In areas like Bruselas, developed infrastructure and close cooperation between producers contribute to continuous improvements in quality and consistency, including shared processing facilities and training programs for farmers.
