Two students who got obsessed with coffee in Cornwall in 2010 started roasting under the Olfactory name in 2013. They roast daily on two custom Diedrich machines at Kernick in Penryn and ship the same day, and run a coffee shop on Killigrew Street in Falmouth. Sourcing runs from Kenyan cooperative smallholders to experimental Brazilian varietals.
