Roasting in small lots at Endsleigh near Ivybridge since 2010. Every coffee is organic and Fairtrade certified, sourced from named cooperatives — Coopafsi in Peru, Ketiara in Sumatra, Anei in Colombia, Coko in Rwanda. The roastery has a public cafe, Perfect Waves, and runs barista training and contract roasting for other brands.
