Expect toasted almond, brown sugar, a soft red apple acidity that lingers. Brews well across methods, but it really shines as an evening pour-over when you want the ritual without the 2am stare-at-the-ceiling. Grown in the northern highlands around Cajamarca, shipped within days of roast.
