Based in the renowned Colasay region of northern Peru, Yonal cultivates organic coffee at high elevations surrounded by rich biodiversity, combining careful farming practices with a deep respect for the local ecosystem. This washed Yellow Caturra has jammy notes of sweet orange and hints of black tea.
