David and Hannah sold their house in Lincolnshire in 2011, moved to North Yorkshire, ran a coffee shop for three years, then started roasting in Malton in summer 2015. Small batches, roasted 100% electrically on solar power. Single origins and blends, plus an espresso bar in Talbot Yard.
