Rosslyn Coffee is a City of London specialty coffee bar that opened in 2017 on Queen Victoria Street, founded by Australians Marty Spargo and Rosalind Foord. Named 2nd Best Independent Coffee Shop in Europe at the 2019 Allegra Coffee Awards and called "the best worst-kept secret in the City" by the Financial Times. Began roasting its own coffee in 2020 from a dedicated London roastery.
