Roasts seasonal single origins in Arbroath on a 5kg machine called Fatima, bought from Artisan Roast in Glasgow where one of the founders learned the craft. Started in 2015 by Kathryn Baker with her brother Ian and friend Jamie. Everything is traceable and ethically traded, with wholesale alongside the online shop.
