Founded and run by Nutthat Huadsunthorn, who won the Thailand National Coffee Roasting Championship in 2020 and represented Thailand at the World Coffee Roasting Championship that year, Tobo Coffee & Roaster hand-selects single-origin beans from Colombia, Peru, Ethiopia, Kenya, Costa Rica, Panama, Brazil, and Guatemala, and blends with coffee from Thailand and Myanmar's Shan State.
