This coffee comes from Jorge Elias Rojas and his son Felipe at Finca La Roca in Planadas, Tolima. Jorge began working in coffee at the age of twelve, stepping onto the family farm alongside his mother after the loss of his father. What started as responsibility became vocation. Today, Jorge is not only a farmer, but an accomplished cupper and roaster, applying decades of experience to every decision made on his land. This washed Gesha was selected through a Clearpath auction and produced in extremely limited volume. After harvest, the coffee underwent a controlled 48-hour anaerobic fermentation before being fully washed, a process chosen to enhance clarity, balance, and structure rather than intensity. Only a small quantity was secured. This is a one-off release that reflects a family’s craft, discipline, and long-term commitment to quality.
