A one-man London roastery. The founder lost his job in the pandemic, studied business at Buckinghamshire New University and put his student loan into starting it, roasting every coffee himself. Won a private pop-up contract in 2022 inside the Hylo building at Moorgate, and now runs the coffee bar there while the flagship is fitted out.
