A small roastery in Bettystown, Co. Meath. The founder is a chartered accountant with an MBA who trained at the Koffieschool in Amsterdam and holds SCA and WSET qualifications, and judges for the Irish Quality Food awards. The roastery runs on renewable electricity, sends coffee chaff to local farmers and passes on used sacks.
