This collaborative approach has established APROCACERCHIL as a respected source of high-quality coffee while supporting sustainable coffee production throughout the region. About Copán Grown in the Copán region of western Honduras at elevations ranging from 1,200 to 1,700 metres above sea level, this coffee benefits from a favourable climate and diverse growing conditions. APROCACERCHIL brings together smallholder producers who share resources and expertise, creating consistency and quality across the cooperative's membership. By centralizing processing and quality management, the cooperative enables farmers to focus on cultivation practices that improve both productivity and cup quality. Cooperative Processing & Quality Control Coffee cherries are carefully harvested and delivered to APROCACERCHIL's centralized processing facility, where strict quality standards ensure consistency from farm to export.
