Small roastery working out of a barn house in Llanfyllin, Powys. Slow-roasts to caramelise the sugars rather than push bitterness, and builds blends out of single origins from Brazil, Ethiopia and Tanzania. Also experiments with fermented processing, and works with partner roasters in Europe. Ships in recycled materials and refuses single-use cups.
