Roasts on Giesen machines in a unit on the old Cowes shipyards, Isle of Wight. Every batch is profiled and logged in roasting software, on a weekly schedule. Single origins, house blends, decaf and pods. Island cafes are a large part of the business, and the roastery doubles as a training room for espresso and brewing courses.
