Tetsu Kasuya was the first Asian to win the World Brewers Cup, taking the 2016 title, and founded Philocoffea with Masami Kaji. He buys the green, writes the roast profiles and controls quality himself. The company roasts in Funabashi and runs shops across Chiba and one in Omotesando, Tokyo.
