Welsh roastery in Nantlle, inside Eryri National Park, working out of the old quarrymen's barracks. Started in a shed at the end of the garden and moved after three years. The name comes from El Poblado in Medellin, where the founders lived in 2003. Small batches, and the door is open to the public Tuesday to Saturday.
