Bruce started roasting in his garage in 2013, trained at the London School of Coffee, and began trading in 2014 from farmers' markets across the East of England. Now roasts at Littleport and runs two Ely sites: The Rig, a two-storey trailer on the market square, and The Yard, five shipping containers that won Cambridgeshire's Best Independent Cafe in 2024.
